Am always a big fan of
beautiful quote, thus the idea of creating a quote book arises.
Firstly, to create the front cover of this little quote book, I use the beautiful Buzz and Bloom cst 518 double Dutch clear stamps designed by HG to stamp 2 sets of flowery image using StazOn butter cream solvent ink onto an office transparency sheet.
Once the flowery images were dry, I added some rhinestones onto the centre of the flower images to give it a dimensional touch.
For the inner cover page of the book, I painted it in cream as the base color. Next, I cover it with aged mahogany distress crackle paint to give it an aged leather look.
After which, I stamp the word “QUOTE” using the Spot On Alphabet clear stamps onto a cardstock which I then cut the word out and adhere them onto the inner cover page. Lastly I set the transparency cover and the inner cover page together using eyelet.
For the interior pages, I
printed the quotes I loved onto card stock to give it a canvas feel and
again stamped the Buzz and Bloom cst 518 Double Dutch clear stamps designed by HG onto each individual page which I either
emboss or overlay over these images.
Once the images were dry, I simply just added the rhinestones and pearly onto it too.
Lastly, to create the tag, I stamped half of another flowery design from the same clear stamps collection onto the tag then I string a small Buzz and Bloom Blame It On The Sunshine Flowers that I cover with paint and stickles to the ribbon and tied all pages and cover together.
This was such a fun mini quote book to create and I could add any additional pages of quote to this little book each time I found any new quote I loved.

classy project, love the color!
