Family Tree
3D: Rock-a-bye Birdie http://www.buzzandbloom.com.au/cb-3d-rbb.htm
I didn't know that it was becoming this piece of 3D. But it came out very pretty I think.
I used a rectangle canvas 28 x 70 cm. I smeared gesso to the background along with some pieces of white packing paper all wrangled up. Just push it into the gesso and it will stick.

Then choose the colour you would love to use and punch out those circles. Circles are 2.5 cm. I used different colours on both sides of the tree. Do this with two sides (quarters) of the tree.

Then cut off the backside of the tree. Be aware that the sleeve is saved. So put this tree together and use the leftover piece on one side of your canvas. Just glue it onto your canvas. Adhere some struture paste on the wood part of the tree. The piece from the tree is painted with structure paste as well!

Place the pictures you want to use and paint the half tree, glue it down. So decorate it like desired!
