Our prompt was to use the summery color swatch you'll see a few jumps below this post. Now, you don't see colors of that combination very often, do you? That's why it's a quirky way to get started! I chose to make a layout. And using a free "morphing" software available on the net, led me to this:
Haaaa. Funny, noh? I used the CB Vette Alphabet - Large and painted it a darker shade of magenta. I also sanded it down a bit and applied glitters! My sub-title which was painted in black is CB Shelby Alphabet - Small. To anchor my photo in the middle of my base, I used the DEN Borderline: Heart Throb (Blush). And right above it, I positioned the ACR Beaded Curtain (Clear). I also painted this pretty acrylic with yellow, pink and green. How versatile is that? Here's a closer look:
The idea of combining the new denim line and the acrylic was the best creative revelation I have so far. Try using them together or independently today. They're like pancakes and syrup - they go very well together!
