Hi, I’m Pippa! I am so excited to be a part of the Buzz and Bloom team for 2010. I am so looking forward to spending the year with all of you as we take this creative journey together.
Well, it’s Summer Holiday time here in Australia, and in our little corner of the world that means long lazy days at the beach, getting outdoors and enjoying, heaps of family and friend time. And when we’re not out and about, we are lounging around in the air-conditioning taking in all the armchair sports that the summer has to offer. Just love it!
It also means (I’m embarrassed to admit) not a whole lot of
scrapping gets done :(
So for my first assignment this month, I‘m easing my way back into my creative
world with a nice, simple and uncomplicated LO

My mum (yes mum!) recently introduced me to some excellent accessories for Photoshop. This is a photo of my firstborn son (nearly six now) and when I got to playing with it I fell in love with him all over again. So I just had to scrap it
Here I have used ACR Yes Your Majesty for the crown. I like to use a dimensional (such as Dimensional Magic or Glossy Accents) product as an adhesive for the acrylics, as they are virtually invisible.
I have also used CB Alpha Shelby Uppercase & Lowercase, on which I have used chalky ink and covered with clear embossing powder. I have then covered the centre of the “O” from “LOVE” in the CB Love & Kisses – Words with a coloured embossing powder.
