Here's my personal little tribute to Michael Jackson, for all my teenage years I spent listening to his music:

I framed the picture with assorted labels and stickers, including the beautiful Denim :: Writer's Block: The George in red and a Mirror :: Be Mine: Cupid heart.

The title is composed of these 2 chipboard alphabets :
Chipboard :: Shelby Alphabet
Chipboard :: Vette Alphabet

They were covered with glimmery gray spray paint, and the word POP has also some red acrylic paint on the borders to be highlighted.

Super Cute - by Keandra Willis

This is a picture of my munchkin in one of my t-shirts.  I've been saving this shot because I had to make just the right layout for it.  Imagine how excited I was when I saw the new Buzz and Bloom CB THE MINI SERIES-Pop Art? These letters just SCREAMED to me, "Here I am!!!  I'm perfect for that shot of your little one!"  And that's how this layout came together!  I also used a new bracket from the denim Garden Notes  in blush to draw attention to Keanohn.  The new acrylic Shout Out was the crowning touch!  I never would have gotten this layout done without the innovative new Buzz and Bloom products!!!

Dress Ups Mini Album - by Jodie Zebra

Hi guys,

I hope your spring season has kicked off well - full of color and creativity!!

I would love to share with you a mini album I have created, mostly using the new cord, and fabric.
I'm a sucker for a cat dressed up, and do quite a lot of outfit photo shoots for my two cats, so I created this album, something that I can add to as I go each season, with new photos.

For the covers, for a bit of stability I used an Acrylic album ACR TMS: The George.
Adding some bits and pieces to pretty it up.
To frame my photo, I used a Denim Writers Block The George in emerald and sewed my photo directly onto that with the sewing machine.
The Chipboard ABC: That 70s alphabet title was simply colored in with crayon, roughly, glazed, and some tiny blings were added.  The  Chipboard Borderline: Frills were simply painted messily to corner the frame.

For the base of the majority of the pages, I used either Cord: Patchwork or  Denim: Patchwork sheets.
Sewing the edges, and layering other fabric embellishments onto the pages, such as the  Up the Garden Path borders, Denim: Garden Notes lots of the frames and brackets.

Thats why the fabric is so awesome! You can sew it on, and layer with it to create so much more depth and texture to your pieces.
You can even color in, or draw directly onto it with crayons, as I have done on the "s" page, coloring the flowers orange, to suit the rest of the page, and match up to the Acrylic - Be Mine:Cupid.

I teamed the rest of the embellishments to the fabric, and used quite a lot of personal doodling on each page. Leaving the album mostly basic, letting the fabric be the showcase of the piece.

I hope you enjoy it, and that it inspires you to make a mini album, using lots of the cord or denim sheets as your pages.

Stop! Let's take a break! - by Charmane Koch

This gorgeous page was made by Charmane - who is probably right this minute welcoming her third baby into the world! - so I'm going to attempt to tell you what she's done with this page!

The first thing I noticed is the title! Big and bold, the Denim Love & Kisses - Indigo alphabet makes a statement, it certainly makes you STOP and look! And Charmane has paired it with another bright and bold alphabet - the Cord Pop Art: Dots - Magenta - for the word 'break'.

Charmane then framed her journaling with a Cord Reflections -Magenta frame, which she traced around for extra definition. Adding both a Denim and a Cord On Cloud Nine for embelishment, as well as a scroll-ey nest from the Chipboard Totally Too Tweet pack, Charmane was finished with this page in a flash!

Easy peasy - even days aways from giving birth! We wish Charmane and her family loads of love and we can't wait to see pictures of the new little one!

"Heartbreaker" - by Bjay Jaminal

When the Buzz and Bloom design team were given the sneak peeks of its soon to be released CHA products, I instantly knew it would rock the show! Right then and there, it was an absolute winner! So it didn't come out as a surprise when I found out Buzz and Bloom got the 1st place award for the 2009 CHA Innovations Showcase!

My favorite of the new line would have to be the denim! Here's a sample of what I did with it:

 

For the main focal point of my design, I used the Denim In Bloom-Indigo. I slipped in a couple of paper flowers in between the big and small denim flowers for dimension. 

To anchor the photo, I also used Denim Borderline: Heart Throb-Blush, and put another one at the bottom. Note that they are ideal for altering, like what I did with mine by putting glitter dots on the borders.

For the letters, I knew the best bet would be ABC: That 70s Alphabet-Small.

The new products will make your imagination go wild! Grab your own, get the full line now!

I love you clearly dearly - by Merdrey Chew

I fell in love with the clear acrylic when I first saw it in my design team pack and the idea 'clearly dearly' popped clearly into my mind =)

First, I used the clear acrylic Fat Albert Alphabet and embossed it with a layer of clear ultra thick embossing powder and glued them with clear glue to the acrylic album. For the words 'clearly dearly', I used the new small CB Shelby Alphabet, one word embossed with sliver glitter and the other left naked. I also embossed the small CB: Long Corner Flourish and glued it on the second page of the acrylic album... and to really take advantage of the clear pages, I embossed both sides!

As you can see, I used the CB Reflections as the template for all my pages! I love how simple this is to do!! =) You should give it a try too... just find one of your favourite Buzz and Bloom products and trace, then cut out the shape!!

I also included my all-time favourites and the easiests product to use - ACR Beaded Curtain, ACR Skip to my loo and the all new denim On Cloud Nine!

This has to be one of my favourite albums to date and Buzz and Bloom products really made it really simple =) Try it!!

One Day - by Keandra Willis

The use of unusual materials for the new BUZZ AND BLOOM yummies really makes you think outside the box when using them.  I think that's why I chose to make my own background (made to look like a camera) for my "One Day" layout.

 These shots are just from a day my husband agreed to let me take as many shots of my guys as I wanted.  You KNOW we have to take advantage of these moments, right?  I cut out a few of the best shots and slid them behind a chipboard SLIDE SHOW: NEGATIVE, which I first colored and glossed.  Behind the extra window, I glued a DENIM WRITER'S BLOCK: THE GEORGE  (in blush) to bring out the color of my hubby's shirt.  For my title and date, I again used the SHELBY LETTERS (could these be my NEW fave BUZZ AND BLOOM letters...hmmm?!??)  The final touch is the use of the CORD: GARDEN NOTES as a view finder.  Do you know what I love more than these great items I got to create with? Knowing that I have MORE! :D

"Angel On Earth" - by Bjay Jaminal

Here is another fun layout featuring the super cute Denim Love & Kisses-Blush  and CB Shelby Alphabet-Small/Large alphabets! They are just dang adorable and will make a great combo for a layout or project for your child. Can you see the hearts? Yes, they have it! And so I have decided to put pearl accents onto it for more definition.

 

I double-matted my photo using the new Cord Patchwork: The George-Avocado. It gives a very nice visual impact because of its texture. And by adding the CB Shelby Alphabet-Small/Large side by side with the Love & Kisses alpabet, I had the perfect finish to my layout.

Surprise! It was a breeze applying rub-ons to the Cord Patchwork: The George-Avocado :)

All new and funky ways to use Buzz and Bloom products! Try it yourself.

Mini Album: Giving Thanks for Everything - by Cookie Aguilar

I have so much to be thankful for in my life... for my everyday, for having a wonderful husband, for having a great boy... for our family. 

This is my first time to create a fabric mini album. And honestly, it was so easy to do, especially since I had a bunch of these Buzz and Bloom chipboard and fabric embellishments to play around with. With the use of glimmer mist, you can create wonderful, textured back grounds for your mini book pages. 

Here is the cover of my mini book...

 

For the cover, I first used the negative portion of a chipboard alphabet (CB ABC: Fat Albert - Small) and sprayed glimmer mist on it to create a nice background. I then used the following products CB Room with a View, CB Totally Too Tweet, Cord Yankee Doodle - Avocado and ACR  Frills - Laquer White to embellish. I also stamped Buzz and Bloom acrylic stamps on the chipboard house.

1st page...

 

 

For the 1st page, again, I used the masking technique using the ACR Skip to my Loo - Small and some glimmer mists. Then I embellished the page with a Cord On Cloud Nine - Airforce and Denim Borderline: Heart Throb - Indigo.

2nd page...

 

For this, I used the ACR Lava Lamp - Large as a mask and sprayed glimmer mists on it for the base of the page. Then I used CB Totally Too Tweet as well as CB Yes Your Majesty as embellishments on my page. And for my subtitle, I made use of CB ABC Shelby - Small.

3rd page is about Harvey...

 

I used several products on this page... First is the CB Headstart: Back to Square One - large  as matting for the photo.  I decorated the page using the CB Borderline: Frills and Denim Heart Throb to finish the look. Here is another close up shot.

 

4th page is about being thankful for a wonderful relationship with my husband...

For this page, I used the ACR Up the Garden Path and applied the masking technique again. Then the word 'US' comes from this gorgeous product: Denim Pop Art Basic - Emerald.

 

 

And the last page is... a page about my family.  I would never exchange it for anything else...

 

Again, the masking technique was applied on this page using CB Headstart: Bubbles - Small and I also used Denim Blame it on the Sunshine - Emerald and Denim Borderline: Heart Throb - Indigo to embellish the page.

What Little Boyz Are Made Of - by Keandra Willis

The NEW Buzz and Bloom made me want to CREATE as soon as I saw it!  This is the kind of yumminess you just can't sit aside... you wanna use it IMMEDIATELY!!!   The denim mixed with trucks made me instantly think of my boys, so I used the DENIM MINI TOKENS: DUMP TRUCK for my layout entitled "What Little Boyz Are Made Of."

  All I did was add a little bling to draw the eye to them.  The DENIM LOVE & KISSES alphabet had just the right letters for the title!  The only other touch needed here were the CHIPBOARD ABC: SHELBY letters thrown in, here and there, in my journaling.  Fortunately, we were blessed to get LOTS of new Buzz and Bloom to work with, but I didn't need to use a lot to make this layout REALLY stand out...I saved my other goodies for OTHER layouts! ;)
